1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />1711 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />RESOLUTION 10. 3693 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, COUNTY <br />OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING <br />THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS <br />(SCAG) TO ALLOCATE SB 325 FUNDS TO OMNITRANS FOR <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, OMNITRANS is providing public transit services in <br />the County of San Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's share of the cost of the system <br />as reflected in the budget for the bus routes and services for the Fiscal <br />Year July 1, 1977 through June 30, 1978, has been determined to be <br />$127,334; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's allocation of SB 325 funds has <br />been determined to be $190,569. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton authorizes the Southern California Association of Governments <br />(SLAG) to assign $127,334 of SB 325 funds for the 1977-78 Fiscal Year to <br />OMNITRANS for public transit service within the City of Colton and claims <br />the remainder of $63,235 for City.of Colton use under Articles 4 and 8 <br />of SB 325. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval of the assignment of <br />the funds to OMNITRANS makes OMNITRANS fully responsible and accountable <br />for such funds. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes <br />filing claims with the Southern <<<California Association of Governments for. <br />,$63,235 to be used in accord with the provisions of Articles 4 and 8 o <br />SB 325: <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
