That Planning Commission Resolution No. 866, setting out the 25 reconsideration findings, is hereby approved. 26 3. That the Zone Change.application, Index No. A-9-77, requested. 27 by Mr. Robert S. Longwell is hereby approved. IM RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ANNOUNCING ITS FINDINGS AND DECISION ON PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NOS. 859 AND 866. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did by and through its Resolution No. 859 recommend denial of the Zone Change application requested by Mr. Robert S. Longwell; and WHEREAS, the City Council ha reviewed said application and the Resolution of the Planning Commission relating thereto in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of public hearing on Appeal filed by Mr. Robert S.
