The City Council of the City of Colton having elected <br />to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 et seq. of the Streets and High - <br />,ways Code of the StateofCalifornia, and having held a public hearing as pro- <br />vided therein, hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that the portion of <br />lRosedale Avenue, north of Litton Avenue, per Rosedale Tract as recorded in Book <br />I <br />12 of Maps, Page 41, Official Records of San Bernardino County, described as <br />s <br />follows: <br />9 <br />All that portion of Rosedale Avenue, a street sixty (60) <br />feet wide, lying northerly of the north right-of-way line <br />of Litton Avenue, as shown on said Rosedale Tract. <br />!is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes and the public <br />iinterest and convenience requires the closing of said street. <br />SECTION 2. Accordingly, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />hereby orders the vacation of the hereinbefore described street. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1978. <br />FANK A.
