ii 4 FOLLOWS: 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 RESOLUTION NO. -387 -5 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF "B" STREET EAST OF PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of that portion of "B" Street east of Pennsylvania Avenue, described as follows: All that portion of "B" Street being 80 feet in width and lying easterly of the north prolongation of the east right-of-way line of that alley as shown in the Burns Tract, a resubdivision of Block 32, as recorded in Book 18 of Maps, Page 11, Records of said county to the west right-of-way line of the A.T. & S.F. Rail - Road. 3.4- For further partioulars as.tothe proposed abandonment, reference is hereby fmade to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. 3-5 3.6,-- SECTION 2. That Angel T. Espiritu, City Engineer of the City of Colton, is hereby directed to cause "Notice of Street Vacation" to be posted as required by law. SECTION 4. That the public convenience and necessity require the reservations and exceptions of easements and rights-of-way for structures enumerated in Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways Code, and all proceedings taken and to be taken herein are subject to such reservations and exceptions.
