E RESOLUTION NO. 3885 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, MAKING FINDINGS, OVERRULING PROTESTS AND OBJECTIONS, AND ORDERING THE CON- STRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 5870, ET SEQ., OF THE STREETS AND HIGH- WAYS CODE. (Chapter 27, District Number 18) WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution No. 3872 on the 7th day 'of November, 1978, declared its intention to order the construction of certain street work under Chapter 2.7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Il California, and caused the properties to be posted and the legal owners to be 10 I 11 llnotified by mail that the 5th day of December, 1978, at the hour of 7:30 p. m., 121 �? 1 in the Council Chambers of this City Council, is the time and place fixed for 3,the hearing before this City Council of protests and objections; and 134 �: WHEREAS, such hearing was duly held by this City Council at which 14 s !all persons desiring to be heard thereon were heard in respect of any matter re 15 Elating to the work proposed; and 16 17 WHEREAS, all persons desiring to appear and be heard have been 3811 heard, and this City Council has taken evidence relating to said proposed work !and is fully informed in the premises; 1� 2C9j NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, Californi _ , , iDOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: 21_ 22 SECTION 1.
