RAILROAD TRACKS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of that portion of Citrus Street being that portion of Lot 8, Colton Land & Water Company Subdivision, as recorded in Book 1, of the Official Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of 8th Street and Citrus Street the centerline of said Citrus Street being the south line of Lot 8 of the Colton Land & Water Company Subdivision as recorded in Map Book 1, Page 40 of said County; thence easterly along the centerline of Citrus Street, 40 feet to the in- tersection with the prolongation of the east right- of-way line of 8th Street, said point being the point of beginning; thence northerly along said east right-of-way line of 8th Street, a distance of 33 feet to the north right-of-way line of Citrus Street; thence easterly along said northerly right- of-way line of Citrus Street 78.5 feet more or less to the westerly right-of-way line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad; thence southerly along said westerly right-of-way line to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of Citrus Street; thence westerly along said south right-of-way line of Citrus Street to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of 8th Street; thence northerly along the prolongation of the east right-of-way line of 8th Street, 33 feet to the point of beginn- ing. Reserving therefrom: An easement for public utili- ties over, across and under said. 66 foot wide street.
