2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />-27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4491 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON PROVIDING FOR <br />INCREASED ALLOWANCE FOR THE CHAIR- <br />PERSON AND THE MEMBERS OF THE COLTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION. <br />WHEREAS„ Colton City Ordinance No. 1344 and Chapter 2.32 <br />of the Colton Municipal Code establish the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Colton and provide `'for an allowance for its Chairperson <br />and Members; and <br />WHEREAS, it further provides that the allowances therein <br />specified may be changed by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />The allowances provided in Ordinance No. 1344 and Chapter <br />2.32 of the Colton Municipal Code are herewith changed effective <br />immediately. <br />The allowances henceforth shall he twenty dollars ($20.00; <br />per meeting attended by the Chairperson, or acting Chairperson, and <br />fifteen dollars ($15.00) per meeting attended by the other members <br />of the Planning Commission. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1984. <br />ALBERT A.
