R -62A-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON SETTING BASIC COMPENSATION RATES <br />FOR FULL-TIME CLASSIFICATIONS OF EMPLOYMENT <br />ESTABLISHED AS OF FISCAL YEAR 1996-97 REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-62-96. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 1996-97; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1996-97 Budget authorizes certain classifications of <br />full-time employment in the various departments of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution consolidates all full-time classifications in the City <br />onto one comprehensive pay and classification resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution reflects the changes as directed by the City Council on <br />September 3, 1996 and corrects a typographical error on page 2 of Exhibit "A". <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA: <br />SECTION I: Resolution No. R-62-96 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION II: A pay and classification plan for the City of Colton is hereby adopted as set <br />forth in Exhibit A (pages 1-22), which is attached to this resolution. <br />ATTEST: <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1996. <br />G66 -r .
