R-04-04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2003 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted on June 10, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may <br />be made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2003-2004 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Fire Department Account Number <br />100-6090-6091-4930, in the amount of $63,609.00 and Account Number 100-6090- <br />6091-2301 in the amount of $6,338.00. Revenue in Account Number 100-6764 will <br />be increased in the amount of $69,947.00. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
