I RESOLUTION NO. R-13-04 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />3 FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2003 AND ENDING JUNE 30, <br />4 2004 <br />5 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />6 <br />Year commencing July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted <br />7 <br />8 on August 19, 2003; and <br />9 WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />10 ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />11 WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />12 activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />13 the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />14 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />15 <br />16 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />17 SECTION 1. Amend the 2003/2004 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Capital <br />18 Expenditure account in the CIP Fund (457) from the Host City Fund Revenue Account <br />19 Number 240-5791 in the amount of $79,720. <br />20 SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />21 <br />herein. <br />22 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF FEBRUARY, <br />23 2004. <br />24 <br />25 D RDRE H.
