R-135-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 04-05, BY INCREASING THE BUDGET FOR THE S. LA CADENA <br />DRIVE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (1-33). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the S. La Cadena Drive Pavement Rehabilitation Project be budgeted <br />for as follows: <br />1) Decrease account number 100-1000-1270-3890 by $58,438.12 <br />a. Decrease 100-8102 by $58,438.12 <br />2) Increase account number 457-6625-6700-3890 by $58,438.12 <br />a.
