R-22-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003-04 TO INCLUDE THE DESIGN AND <br />DEVELOPMENT OF PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of these projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVED that for the purpose of the design and development of the Pavement <br />Management Program $80,000.00 be budgeted from the Measure I reserve fund. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th day of March, 2004. <br />RAMON M.
