R-80-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA ADOPTING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEARS COMMENCING JULY 1, 2004 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2005. <br />SECTION 1. The Capital Improvement Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005 is hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 2. At the end of fiscal year 2003-2004, certain purchase orders exist as <br />Outstanding Encumbrances representing contractual obligations of previously budgeted <br />funds. Additionally, budgeted funds for certain items or projects in various stages of <br />acquisition or development has previously been approved by the City Council to be carried <br />forward to fiscal years 2004-2005 as Continuing Appropriations. The Outstanding <br />Encumbrances and Continuing Appropriations are deemed to be rebudgeted as an addition <br />to the budget amounts previously set forth in this section. <br />SECTION 3. The Approved Capital Improvement Budget is in accordance with all <br />applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State. <br />SECTION 4. The Finance Director may make the reallocation of appropriations <br />within projects. Amendments (Increases/Decreases) to the Capital Improvement Budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify the adopting of the Budget and shall cause <br />to be filed with the County Auditor within 60 days of the adoption, a certified copy of the <br />Budget and Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2004. <br />AM, <br />DEIRDRE H.
