R-134-02 WHICH MODIFIES THE AUTHORIZED LOCATIONS FOR THE KIOSK DIRECTIONAL SIGN PROGRAM WHEREAS, on November 19th, 2002, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City Council") adopted Resolution No. R-134-02 establishing a Kiosk Directional Sign Program for subdivision tracts, apartments and recreational vehicle dealers; and WHEREAS, on May 20, 2003, Resolution No. R-134-02 was amended by Resolution No. R-38-03 to modify the design specification of the Kiosks; and WHEREAS, several of the new home developments have sold out or are close to selling out and no longer require a Kiosk; and WHEREAS, an RV Dealer is expanding and constructing a new facility at a location not designated as an RV Dealer Kiosk Sign Authorized Locations; and WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the authorized locations by amending Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. R-134-02; and BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton hereby amends and replaces Exhibit "A" (Authorized Sign Locations) of Resolution No. R-134-02 with the attached Exhibit "A." Kiosk signs hereinafter placed as part of the Kiosk Directional Sign Program shall be in substantial compliance with the attached Exhibit "A." Section 2. All other portions of Resolution No. R-134-02 and Resolution No. R- 38-03, not amended by this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
