R-10-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2004 <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2005 <br />WHEREAS, Target Store has approved an Early Childhood Reading Grant in the <br />amount of $2,000 for the Colton Early Childhood Education Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005 was approved and adopted, and <br />WHEREAS, the Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino <br />County, California approves and accepts the Target Grant for the Early Childhood <br />Education Program. The 2004-2005 Fiscal Year Budget is hereby amended, increasing <br />Expenditure Account 206-7200-7202-2301 in the amount of $2,000, and increasing <br />Revenue Account 206-5889 by the grant amount of $2,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2005. <br />-0qk <br />1, ,OJL/(.
