I RESOLUTION NO. R-119-05 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />3 APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR BARTON <br />ROAD FROM RECHE CANYON ROAD TO HUNTS LANE PROJECT, <br />4 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT. <br />5 WHEREAS, the City of Colton is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for <br />6 certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of Transportation and <br />7 <br />WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund <br />8 <br />Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the <br />9 <br />California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed and <br />10 <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute these agreements <br />11 <br />12 and any amendments thereto to the City Manager be authorized to execute all Master <br />13 Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund <br />14 Transfer Agreements and any amendments thereto with California Department of <br />15 Transportation. <br />16 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />17 RESOLVE that the Program Supplement Agreement No. 005-M for Barton Road from Reche <br />18 Canyon Road to Hunts Lane Project be approved, authorizing the City Manager to sign the <br />19 <br />Agreement and any future Supplement Agreement for the Project. <br />20 <br />21 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2005. <br />22 <br />23 DEIRDRE H.
