R-132-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, STREETS DIVISION PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to maintaining the <br />street infrastructure and improving the aesthetics of the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the Weekend Graffiti Abatement <br />Program. . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Public Works Department Street Divisional Professional Services Account <br />be increased as follows: <br />Decrease 100-2970 by $25,000 <br />Increase 100-6150-6160-2350 by $25,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 181h DAY OF OCTOBER 2005. <br />I ATTEST: <br />(-Z Q7 (-A? <br />CAROLINA P.
