1 RESOLUTION NO. R-30-05 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />3 AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2004 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2005. <br />4 <br />5 WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2004 <br />6 and ending June 30, 2005, was approved and adopted on June 28, 2004; and <br />7 WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />8 City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />9 WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />10 made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />11 approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />12 <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />14 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />15 SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2004/2005 Fiscal Year <br />16 Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account numbers: 100-6070-6079- <br />17 1010 $120,000, 100-6070-6079-1100 $36,000, 100-6070-6079-4900 $49,000, 100-6070-6079- <br />18 4910 $30,000; and increasing the Police Revenue Account 100-5784 in the amount of $235,000 <br />19 <br />20 SECTION 2.
