R-123-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />2006-2007 INCREASING THE 3-5 STORM DRAIN PROJECT PHASE III PROJECT <br />BUDGET BY $150,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that CIP Project 3-5 Storm Drain Phase III be increased as follows: <br />Decrease budgetary fund balance in fund 754 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 754-8102-450 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 450-8101-754 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 450-6632-6850-3890 by $150,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 51h DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2006. <br />DEIRDRE H.
