R-30-06 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLTON AMENDING THE <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2005 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2005 and ending June 30, 2006 was approved and adopted June 21, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />I HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2005/2006 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increase funds to expenditure budget 100-6300-6302-2350 by $35,000.00. <br />SECTION 2.
