R-58-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2005/2006 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET TO FUND <br />THE ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN COSTS OF SEISMIC RETROFITTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR BRIDGES 54C078, 54C079, 54C100, 540101, 54C375, 540384, AND 540599 BY <br />REDIRECTING BUDGETED PROP 42 FUNDS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the <br />street infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Seismic Retrofit Bridges 54C78, 54C79, 54C100, 540101, <br />54C375, 54C384 and 54C599 be budgeted for as follows: <br />To redirect Prop. 42 funds from the La Cadena Bridge Project and appropriate to <br />the above listed bridge projects: <br />1) Decrease account number 450-0611-6910-3890 by $56,665 <br />2) Increase account number 450-0635-6910-3890 by $8,095 <br />a. Bridge 54C78 -La Cadena Drive at BNSF <br />3) Increase account number 450-0636-6910-3890 in the amount of $8,095 <br />a. Bridge 54C79 - La Cadena Drive Pedestrian Overcrossing <br />4) Increase account number 450-0637-6910-3890 in the amount of $8,095 <br />a. Bridge 54C100 -Mt. Vernon Avenue at Santa Ana River <br />5) Increase account number 450-0638-6910-3890 in the amount of $8,095 <br />a. Bridge 54C101 - Mt. Vernon Avenue at UPRR <br />6) Increase account number 450-0639-6910-3890 in the amount of $8,095 <br />a. Bridge 54C375 -West C Street at UPRR <br />7) Increase account number 450-0640-6910-3890 in the amount of $8,095 <br />a. Bridge 54C384 - C Street at UPRR <br />8) Increase account number 450-0641-6910-3890 in the amount of $8,095 <br />a.
