R-67-06 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2005-2006 TO INCLUDE THE SHARED COSTS FOR THE TRAFFIC <br />SIGNALIZATION PROJECT AT SOUTH LA CADENA DRIVE AND BARTON ROAD <br />PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the Traffic Signalization at South La Cadena Road and Barton Road Project <br />be budgeted to include the shared costs available by the City of Grand Terrace and County of <br />San Bernardino as follows: <br />Increase account 225-8102-457 by $100,000 <br />Increase account 457-8101-225 by $100,000 <br />Increase account 457-6636-6986-3890 by $100,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF JUNE 2006. <br />['l X/11Lf.4 W <br />'DrmlRDRE H.
