1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-38-07 <br />2 RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 21 OF RESOLUTION NO. 2119 <br />3 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ON THE SIXTH DAY OF DECEMBER 1960, TO INCLUDE <br />4 ADDITIONAL THROUGH STREETS AND STOP INTERSECTIONS. <br />5 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />6 <br />7 existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />8 II WHEREAS, a warrant analysis has been conducted indicating stop signage is <br />9 11 warranted for eastbound traffic along Olive Street, approaching Boardwell Avenue. <br />10 WHEREAS, a warrant analysis has been conducted indicating stop signage is <br />11 <br />warranted for northbound and southbound traffic along Boardwell Avenue, <br />12 <br />13 11 approaching Olive Street. <br />14 11 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />15 11 FOLLOWS: <br />16 <br />Resolution 2119, Section 21 is amended to include Olive Street approaching <br />17 <br />Boardwell Avenue from the east and west and Boardwell Avenue approaching Olive <br />18 Street from north to south. <br />19 11 20 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF MARCH 2006. <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />ATTEST: <br />25. <br />26 <br />27 CAROLINA R.
