R- 68-07 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 21 OF RESOLUTION NO. 2119 PASSED AND <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ON THE SIXTH DAY OF <br />DECEMBER 1960, TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL THROUGH STREETS AND STOP <br />INTERSECTIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />Pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, a warrant analysis has been conducted indicating stop signage is <br />warranted for northbound and southbound traffic along La Cadena Drive, approaching F <br />Street. <br />WHEREAS, a warrant analysis has been conducted indicating stop signage is <br />warranted for eastbound and westbound traffic along Fairway Drive, approaching Sperry <br />Drive. <br />WHEREAS, an analysis has been conducted indicating stop signage is warranted for <br />northbound and southbound traffic along Robert Crites Lane, approaching Porfirio Elias Way <br />and William McGrath Street. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Resolution 2119, Section 21 is amended to include 1) La Cadena Drive approaching F Street <br />from the north and south 2) Fairway Drive approaching Sperry Drive from the east and west <br />3) Robert Crites Lane approaching Porfirio Elias Way from the north and 4) Robert Crites <br />Lane approaching William McGrath Street from the south. . <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 51h DAY OF JUNE 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
