R-81-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />SETTING COMPSENSATION RATES FOR FULL TIME <br />CLASSIFICATIONS FOR THE EXECUTIVE UNIT AND AMEND <br />RESOLUTION R-47-07. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, desires to amend the <br />compensation for the Executive Unit in accordance with the new agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />SECTION 1: Resolution No. R-47-07 establishing a full-time Pay and <br />Classification Plan for the City of Colton, is hereby amended as follows. <br />SECTION 2: The provisions of the agreement and this Resolution shall be effective as <br />of July 1, 2007. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
