CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of March 1, 1988 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Tract #12508 and Tract #12391 <br />as 100% Complete <br />Date: February 17, 1988 <br />Presley of Southern California, the developer of Tract # 12508 and <br />Tract #12391,is requesting final acceptance of the Tracts by the City. <br />The Tracts are located north of San Bernardino Avenue and east of <br />Sycamore Avenue. All improvements have been installed and conditions <br />met.
