There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held January 5, <br />1988, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 65035 through 65377, 65379 through <br />65708, and Nos. 136214 through 136363, 136364 through 136479 <br />(January 14, 1988) inclusive, as recommended by the Assistant <br />City Manager. <br />(3) Programs/Fees - Amend Resolution No. R-95-86, approve the Job <br />Training Partnership Program and the System of Waiving Various <br />Business Fees to participating Agua Mansa Enterprise Zone Busi- <br />ness, RESOLUTION NO.
