Keane, Assistant City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid on Elastimold Fittings for the Date.:June 28, 1988 <br />Electric Department to Maydwell & Hartzell in <br />the Amount of $41,914.52. <br />s <br />On June 16, 1988, we advertised for quotations on Elastimold Fittings for <br />the Electric Department for use on underground cable. Bid opening was <br />held at 2O0 P.M., June 28, 1988 in the General Services office. A Bid <br />Analysis is attached for your review showing price and delivery time. <br />There was only one bid received on this requirement since these fittings <br />are sole source to.Maydwell & Hartzell in the Southern California area. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to Maydwell & <br />Hartzell in the amount of $41,914.52. <br />Report.
