There will be no separate discussion on these items <br />prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless <br />Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific items be <br />discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of September 20, <br />1988, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 72094 through 72499, and Nos. 142240 through <br />142454, 142461 through 142630 (September 29, 1988) inclusive, <br />as recommended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) Parks - Approval of Contractor to build Rich Dauer Park Restrooms <br />and additional Monies from the Parks Development Fund. <br />(4) City Manager - Attendance at International City Management Associ- <br />tion Conference. <br />(5) Claims - Jo Anne Gardiner vs. the City of Colton. Recommend <br />denial. <br />(6) Finance - Interim Investment Policy. <br />
