There will be no separate discussion on these items <br />prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless <br />Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific items be <br />discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of October 4, <br />1988, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 72890 through 73252, and Nos. 142631 through <br />142813, 142814 through 142958 (October 13, 1988) inclusive, as <br />recommended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) Bids - Authorize solicitation of competitive Bids for Certificates <br />of Participation to finance Corporation Yard, RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-102-88. <br />(4) Bids - Reject all Bids received on Water Meters for the Public <br />Works Water Division. <br />(5) Annexations - Adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-103-88, approving Annexation <br />South 45 (Koenig) LAFCO No. 2454A. <br />
