City Manager <br />4 <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid on Transformers for th <br />Department to McGraw Edison Co. in <br />and WESCO Utility in the Amount of <br />On August 25, 1988, we advertised for quotations for various size <br />transformers for the Electric Department. Bid opening was held at <br />2:30 p.m., September 8, 1988, in the General Services Office. A <br />Bid Analysis is attached showing the Load Loss Evaluated Cost <br />which is how we determine the successful bidder on transformers. <br />The evaluated cost of the vendors to ;whom we are recommending <br />bid award is underlined on the Bid A alysis. <br />ElectricDate:September 12, 198 <br />he Amount of $14,371.48 <br />19,546.40 <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to <br />McGraw Edison Co. in the amount of $14,371.48 and WESCO Utility <br />in the amount of $19,546.40. <br />Report prepared by K.L.
