Bid opening was held at 2:00 p.m., December 27, 1988, <br />in the General Service, office. Four bids were received and a Bid Analysis is at- <br />tached showing price and delivery with the recommended vendor's price underlined <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Dowty RFL Industries Inc. in the <br />amount of $40,825.90. <br />Report Prepared by M.
