Keane, Assistant City Manager/ <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid to R Citi Construction Company Date: February 15 1989 <br />to Remodel Restrooms at Fire Station #1 in <br />The Amount of: $12,800.00. <br />i <br />I On January 19 and 26, 1989., we advertised for quotations to <br />remodel two restroom facilities at Fire Station #1. Bid <br />opening was haeld at: 2:30 P.M., February 13, 1989, in the City <br />Council Chambers. We received four good bids on this <br />requirement; a Bid Analysis is attached showing quoted, prices. <br />There was $10,500.00 budgeted for this remodeling and the low <br />bid is $12,`1300.00. Excess funds are available in the Civic <br />Center remodeling project to add $2,300.00 to this project. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that Award of Bid be made <br />to R Citi Construction Company p y in the Amount of $12,800.00 to <br />remodel two restrooms at Fire Station #1, and that project <br />budget be increased by $2,300.00. <br />j <br />r <br />Report prepared by 1C.
