KEANE <br />, Assistant City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Bid Award for One (1) Tractor Loader/Backhoe for Date January 10, 1989 <br />Public Works, Street Division, to SMA Equipment Co., Inco <br />in the Amount of $36,935.70 <br />On November 3, 1988, we advertised for quotations for a Tractor Loader/Backhoe for <br />Public Works, Street Division. Bid opening was held at 3:00 p. m November 22,. 1988 <br />in the General Services office. Five bids were received and a Bid Analysis is at- <br />tached showing price and delivery with the recommended vendor's price underlined'. <br />SMA Equipment.Co., Inc. was.the low bidder on this requirement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to SMA Equipment Co., Inc. in the <br />amount of $36,935,70. <br />Report Prepared By: K.L..
