Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />Date: <br />SUBJECT: Conditional Approval of Tracts #12203:and 12204 "' June 1, 1989 <br />Located off Prado <br />Nordic Development is requesting conditional approval of Tracts #12203 and 12204 <br />located in the )"ceche Canyon area off Prado Lane. <br />All internal tract requiraents have been met, with the exception of an offsite <br />detention basin located adjacent to the tract boundary, but within the juris- <br />diction diction oLorre Linda. The developer is requesting conditional Council approval <br />based upon final: design approval of the detention basin by both the Cities of <br />Lorre Linda and Colton. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Cow�cil approve Tracts 11203 and 12204 subject to the <br />following conditions prior to recordation: <br />1. Final designapproval of the detention basin by both Cities of Loire Linda <br />Colton; <br />2. Fee dedication by grant ,deed or the detention basin property; and <br />3.
