Keane, City Manager <br />SUBJECT; Award of Bid for a Compact Pickup for Date: August 24, 1989 <br />Community Development to Moss Brothers <br />Dodge in the Amount of $9,137.24. <br />On July 27,-1989, we advertised for quotations for a compact <br />pickup, for Community Development. Bid opening was held at <br />2:00 P.M., August 8, 1989 in the General Services office. <br />We asked bidder for quotations on vehicles that werein <br />stock to expedite delivery. The attached Bid. Analysis shows <br />the total price of the bids and there will be either a <br />delivery time or the notation "In Stock". The recommended <br />bidder's price is underlined. <br />i <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Moss Brothers <br />Dodge in the amount of $9,137.25, <br />Re - <br />port Prepared By: Kenneth L.
