Hutton, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR ENCORACI-MENT PERMIT FROM HERNANDEZ <br />TRUCKING COMPANY - RANCHO AVENUE <br />Date: April 12, 1990 <br />Hernandez Trucking Company is requesting an encroachment permit across the public <br />parkway area on Rancho Avenue approximately 100 feet north of "M" Street. <br />The applicant has sutrnitted for review and has received approval of a traffic <br />control plan as required by staff, and has agreed to all other conditions as set <br />forth in the encroachment permit. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff would recommend, if Council concurs, that the encroachment permit be approved <br />for Hernandez Trucking Company. <br />CITY MANAGER CONCURRENCE: <br />JCH/cm <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of 1 Item...
