KEANE, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Waiver of Bid Security on Formal Bids for Date: January 29, 1990 <br />all Personal Computers to be Purchased in <br />Fiscal Year 1989/90 - <br />We have found that dealers of computer hardware and software will not <br />submit bids for our computer requirements if we require the standard <br />loo bid security to be posted.
