KEANE, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for Wood Poles to North PacificDate: February 12, 191, <br />Lumber in the Amount of $8,313.00 and Award of Bid for <br />Crossarms to McFarland Cascade in the Amcor n{- of $1419-19 <br />On January 25, 1990, we advertised for quotations for Wood Poles and <br />Crossarms for the Electric Department. Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m. <br />February 12, 1990, in the General Services office. Three bids were <br />received and a Bid Analysis is attached for your review showing price <br />and delivery. The recommended vendors price is underlined on the Bid <br />Analysis for each item. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to North Pacific Lumber for <br />the wood poles in the amount of $8,313.00 and McFarland Cascade for the <br />crossarms in the amount of $3,012.19. <br />Report Prepared by: M.
