Ramos, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: Budget Adjustment Request for Legal Publications Date: May 30, 1990 <br />Account <br />Background: <br />The City Council approved a total appropriation of $13,800 for Legal Publications. <br />This account is used to publish all City Council legal notices required by law. <br />Statement of Problem: <br />The account has insufficient funds to pay for pending bills and future billings <br />through June 30, 1990.
