SOTELO, CITY MANAGE <br />SUBJECT:RADIFICATION OF ELECTRIC UNIT MEMORANDUM <br />OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BACKGROUND <br />Date: June 14, 1990 <br />The City staff has been in the process of negotiating with the Inter- <br />national Brotherhood of Electrical Workers on behalf of the Electric <br />Unit. <br />THE PROBLEM <br />The City's negotiators and representatives of the International Brother- <br />hood of Electrical Workers have reached an agreement on a two year <br />contract. The Electric Unit Employees have ratified the Memorandum of <br />Understanding.
