Two bids were received and a Bid <br />Analysis is attached for your review. The recommended vendor's price <br />is underlined. <br />The low bid from Direct Edge Inc. does not meet specifications, therefore, <br />staff is recommending bid award to the next bidder, Morrison Industries. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Morrison Industries in <br />the amount of $14,836.75. <br />Report Prepared by: M.
