On October 11, 1990, General Services <br />advertised for quotations on this unit. Bid opening was held at <br />3:30 P.M., October 29, 1990 in the Corporate Yard Conference Room. <br />There was only one bid received on this requirement. The bid was <br />in the amount of $27,720.00 which is under the amount estimated <br />for the unit. The delivery on this unit was quoted as 45 days. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM <br />None, this is an approved and budgeted requirement. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Funds have been budgeted and are available for this purchase. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that bid award be made to Sherman & Reilly, Inc. <br />in the amount of $27,720.00. <br />Report prepared by: <br />Attachments: None <br />Page 1 of—l_ <br />K.
