Hutton, Director of Public Works �j <br />SUBJECT: Vacation of Alleyway South of Mill St. and `-' <br />North of Hunter Rd. <br />fes. :9. i►47 <br />Date: November 13, 1990 <br />On October 16, 1990 Council set a public hearing to hear protests to the vacation <br />of an alleyway south of Mill St. and north of Hunter Rd. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The developers of the land next to the al.leyaay, are requesting the vacation for <br />development purposes.
