Hutton, Director of Public Works Y. <br />SUBJECT: Final Acceptance Tracts #13455 and 13456 Date: August 27, 1990 <br />and Release of Bonds <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tracts #13455 and 13456 are located west of Rancho and north of Citrus. <br />STATEbENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The owner of the Tracts, Forecast Development, is requesting final acceptance <br />of the tracts and release of the bonds. The tracts have been completed and all <br />improvements have been made according to City standards. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECC &MENDAT ION : <br />Staff recommends that Council accept Tracts #13455 and 13456 as 100% complete and <br />authorize the release of the bonds. <br />/lj <br />i <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE ?
