Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Annexation No. 33 into <br />the City's Landscape Maintenance District <br />nnr•ur_P" n m. <br />1 <br />Date: August 27, 1990 <br />The Council approved the formation of a Landscape Maintenance District, which <br />properties within Benefit Zones may be annexed into the District.' <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />Attached is a "Consent and Waiver to Annexation" from the owners of property within <br />a Landscape Maintenance District Benefit Zone. The property owners are requesting <br />annexation into the City's Landscape Maintenance District.
