Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />� Date : January 28, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Approval of Annexations No. 34, 35 & 36 into <br />the City's Landscape Maintenance District <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Council approved the formation of a Landscape Maintenance District, which <br />properties within Benefit Zones may be annexed into the District. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />Attached are "Consent and Waiver to Annexation" from the owners of property within <br />a Landscape Maintenance District Benefit Zone. The property owners are requesting <br />annexation into the City's Landscape Maintenance District.
