SOTELO, CITY MANAGE <br />SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COST OF Date: 01-24-91 <br />LIVING INCREASE FOR THE CITY CLERK <br />BACKGROUND: In 1990, the City Council approved and adopted <br />Resolution No. R-59-90, affording supplemental compensation to the <br />City Clerk and providing the benefit package of the Executive <br />Unit. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: The Executive Unit received a cost of <br />living increase equal to the Consumer Price Index for December 31, <br />1990, 6.5%, effective December 22, 1990.
