Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Use of Traffic Fees for Traffic Date: February 11, 1991 <br />Signal Projects <br />nerur_unt inrn. <br />On February 6, 1991 the Traffic Committee recommended the expenditure of $3,000 for <br />the purchase of yellow safety lights and detectors. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The Electric Department has recommended replacement of several flashing yellow <br />safety lights at several locations throughout the City.
