Williams, City Treasurer AA -31A. - <br />SUBJECT: Adoption of Resolution Authorizing Cost of Date: February 14, 1991 <br />Living Increase for the City Treasurer <br />BACKGROUND: On February 5, 1991, the Executive Unit and the elected City Clerk <br />were granted a cost of living increase equal to the Consumer Price Index for <br />December 31, 1990, 6.5%, effective December 22, 1990. <br />STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: The City Treasurer was not included in the cost of living <br />consideration.
